Silent Morning Therapy and consulting

Therapy With Lori-Ann Landry, MSW, LCSW

A calm space to reconnect with yourself, your needs, and your life.

You’ve been giving from lack for way too long.

You push through when you’re empty.
You overperform when you’re barely holding it together.
You tell yourself, “I’m fine,” when your body and your relationships are saying otherwise.

Maybe you don’t even know what you need anymore.
Maybe you never really learned how to ask.

This is the part where you start again.

Where we slow the noise.
Where you learn to check in with yourself, not just check the next box.
Where your needs become non-negotiable, not a luxury.

Your body isn’t the problem. It’s been trying to speak to you all along.
Together, we’ll rebuild that relationship, gently, honestly, with zero shame.

Because your needs matter.
Not someday. Not when everything else is handled.
Right now. Today. You’re allowed.

Hi, I'm so happy you're here

I’m Lori-Ann, a licensed clinical social worker, former military, neurodiverse, and someone who believes deeply in honoring what’s real.

I created Silent Morning as a space for adults who are exhausted from holding it all together. Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, veterans, caregivers, and high achievers who appear fine on the outside but feel burned out, anxious, and disconnected within.

This is where we slow down.
Where your needs take priority.
Where you learn to hear yourself again, without shame.

You don’t have to explain everything. You just have to show up.
And I’ll meet you right there.

It’s possible for you to…

  • Say yes from a place of choice, not pressure

  • Trust your signals, emotional, physical, and relational

  • Feel safe in your body again

  • Let go of guilt around rest and limits

  • Stop reacting from survival mode

You don't have to do this alone.

You don't have to keep pushing through.

You can build a life that flows from you, not one that’s constantly taking from you.

How I can help

1:1 Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults navigating stress, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, with a focus on reconnecting you to your needs, your body, and your sense of self.

I specialize in supporting healthcare professionals, veterans, caregivers, and neurodiverse adults who are ready to move beyond just checking boxes and start healing.

You’re allowed to need things. Let this be the space where you remember what they are.
