Fees & Payment Options

Mental health care should feel supportive, not stressful.
At Silent Morning, I want therapy to be as accessible, flexible, and tailored to your needs as possible, not limited by what your insurance will or won’t cover.

I offer both private pay and insurance options, and I’m happy to talk through what’s best for you.

Private Pay

Many of my clients opt for private pay for the ease, privacy, and control it provides. When you're paying out of pocket, you don’t have to worry about session limits, diagnoses on your medical record, or having to justify your care to a third party.

Benefits of private pay include:

  • Full privacy—no diagnosis on your medical record

  • No session caps or treatment restrictions

  • You decide how often we meet—not an insurance company

  • A more flexible, collaborative approach to your care

My current session rate is $165 per 50-minute session.
Sliding scale spots are available based on need and availability—please reach out if that would make care more accessible for you.

Insurance

I currently provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If you're hoping to use insurance, I’m happy to help you understand your benefits and whether it’s a good fit for your needs.

Please note:

  • Insurance requires a formal diagnosis on file

  • Some plans limit how many sessions you can have

  • Insurance companies can request detailed clinical information

  • They may deny or restrict coverage for trauma-focused or long-term care

You deserve therapy that meets you where you are. Whether you choose private pay or insurance, we’ll work together to make sure your care is supportive, sustainable, and centered around your needs—not just your paperwork.
