Therapy That Brings You Back to Yourself

Reconnect with your body, your needs, and the parts of you that were never too much to begin with.

My work is rooted in helping adults come home to themselves.

If you’ve been operating in survival mode, giving, pushing, performing, holding it all together, this is where you get to stop and breathe. Our sessions are a place to slow down, tune in, and get honest about what you need. Not what the world expects from you. Not what you've always done. What you need to feel whole, steady, and seen.

1:1 Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults in Colorado. My practice is neurodiverse-affirming, trauma-informed, and built on honest conversations, not scripts.

Specialties

  • Stress & burnout from high-responsibility careers

  • Trauma (including complex and occupational trauma)

  • Neurodiverse adults (diagnosed or self-identified)

  • Military and veteran mental health

  • Healthcare professionals, first responders & caregivers

  • Identity exploration, life transitions, and existential fear

  • Reconnecting to the body after chronic self-neglect

If you've felt like therapy hasn't “fit” you before, you’re not alone. We do things differently here—because you’re different. And that’s not a flaw. It’s your starting point.
